Juan Winans is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, and a third-generation member of the legendary Winans family, a prominent name in gospel music. Born in Detroit, Michigan, on July 24, 1981, his musical journey began as part of the group Winans Phase 2, alongside his brother Carvin Winans Jr. and cousins Marvin Winans Jr. and Michael Winans Jr. Their debut album, We Got Next, released in August 1999, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Gospel Album’s chart. Juan Winans is married to Lisa Kimmey Winans, whom he wed in 2007.
