Jerry Uchechukwu Eze, widely known as Pastor Jerry Eze, is a Nigerian Pentecostal pastor, evangelist, and author. He was born on August 22, 1982, in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. He is the founder and Lead Pastor of Streams of Joy International, a rapidly growing church with branches across Nigeria, Canada, the US, and the UK. Prior to his full-time ministry, Eze worked as a communications specialist with the World Bank project for HIV/AIDS and the United Nations Population Fund. He is married to Pastor Eno Ebele Jerry, whom he wed on March 17, 2007, and they are blessed with two children, a daughter named Samara and a son named Jerry Jr.
Pastor Jerry Eze is most famously known as the convener of the “New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD),” an immensely popular online digital prayer platform on YouTube that has garnered millions of followers globally. His ministry primarily focuses on Gospel and Worship through prayers and declarations, with a strong emphasis on prophetic ministration and spiritual breakthroughs. While he is primarily a preacher and prayer minister, his “NSPPD” sessions often feature worship segments, and he has released several live worship recordings and songs. He does not operate under a traditional record label for music in the way secular artists might, but his musical content is distributed across digital platforms under his own ministry.
