She was born on March 1, 1980, in Tjiane, Ga-Mphahlele, Limpopo Province, South Africa. Pleasure Tsa Manyalo is married to Petrus (Gobetse) Peta, whom she wed on April 24, 2010, and they have four sons. Her musical journey began in her Sunday school days, influenced by her grandfather, the late Bishop Nkotsane Charles Maja. Before her full-time music career, she pursued a National Diploma in Animal Productions and a B-Tech in Agricultural Management, and also served as a police constable.
Her music primarily falls under the Manyalo, Afropop, and Sepedi Pop genres, deeply rooted in the cultural heritage of Limpopo and often associated with weddings and celebratory events.
