Xolly Mncwango, born Xolile Mncwango, is a South African contemporary gospel singer and songwriter renowned for her powerful vocals and heartfelt worship music.
Hailing from Richards Bay in KwaZulu-Natal, she began her musical journey singing in her local church’s Sunday school. Her talent was recognized by the esteemed gospel ensemble Joyous Celebration, with whom she performed from 2013 to 2017, contributing to songs like “Grateful” and “Heal Our Land”.
In 2020, Xolly launched her solo career with the debut album Jesus Is Enough, which garnered critical acclaim and earned her two South African Music Award nominations for Best Contemporary Faith Music Album and Best Newcomer.
Her subsequent projects, including the live album Unusual (2024) and EPs like Led By The Spirit (2022), showcase her ability to blend traditional gospel with R&B and soul influences.
