Zanozuko Tyelovuyo Sigcau was born in Lusikisiki on September 15, 1974, to the late Chief Zwelidumile Major Sigcau and Chieftainess, the current Queen Zuziwe Victoria (Nobandla!) Sigcau, who rules the Mpondo Kingdom.

Qualification – Education
His primary and secondary schools were Mampelwaze JSS in Lusikisiki and Mtumasi JSS in Mount Fletcher, respectively. He attended Bodweni SSS in Lusikisiki, Mariazelle SSS in Mount Fletcher, and Ndamase SSS in Ngqeleni, where he earned his Senior Certificate (Matric) in 1992.

He was crowned King in 2018. Throughout his term in office, he vehemently promoted a Mpondo Kingdom where the populace was a cohesive, active community that profited from opportunities on their lands and in the economy.
