Born on July 21, 1978, in Nashville, Tennessee, he gained prominence in the Christian music scene with his reflective lyrics and melodic pop-rock sound. Before his music career took off, he briefly worked as a youth pastor. Brandon Heath is married to Siebe Canady; they wed in 2011 and have two daughters, Palmer and June.
