Diana Antwi Hamilton, born on December 4, 1978, in Kumasi, Ghana, is a renowned gospel musician celebrated for her powerful vocals and uplifting songs.
She began her music career at the age of 13 as a backing vocalist for gospel artist Francis Agyei. Her debut album, Ɔsoro Bɛkasa (2007), gained significant airplay, and her subsequent albums, including Ensi Wo Yie (2010) and Blessings (2011), solidified her prominence in the Ghanaian gospel music scene.
In 2021, she made history by becoming the first female artist to win the prestigious Artist of the Year award at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, with her hit song “Adom”.
Beyond music, Diana is a trained nurse and fashion designer, and she is married to Dr. Joseph Hamilton, with whom she has twins. She is also the founder of the Diana Hamilton Foundation, established in 2017 to support the underprivileged in society.
