Jeremiah Pam Gyang (born October 13, 1981) is a Nigerian singer-songwriter, instrumentalist, and record producer from Jos, Plateau State. Often referred to as a musical prodigy, he mastered both piano and guitar by the age of ten. Jeremiah is widely credited for introducing contemporary Hausa-infused music into Nigeria’s mainstream with his 2004 hit single “Na Ba Ka”, and followed up with notable tracks like “Kauna Allah” featuring M.I and “African Child”, which showcase his blend of African rhythms, gospel, blues, and rock.
He worked as a keyboardist, percussionist, and vocalist at Sheraton Hotels & Towers in Abuja before transitioning into songwriting and production at Quest Media Studios starting in 2002. Jeremiah has released studio albums such as Na Ba Ka (2005), The Christmas Singles (2006), The Love Album (2012), Mere Ram and He Ram (2021). His work has earned awards like Best Artiste in the FCT from Cool FM and Song of the Year at the Hip Hop World Awards.
Jeremiah married his longtime partner Ladi Otache on August 28, 2010, in Jos, and together they have two daughters. Beyond his career as a solo artist, he has mentored upcoming talents and produced music for notable artists including Asa, M.I, Bouqui, and Terry G.
