Tauren Gabriel Wells is an American Contemporary Christian music singer, songwriter, and pastor. Born on April 7, 1986, in Battle Creek, Michigan, Wells first gained recognition as the frontman for the Christian band Royal Tailor, which garnered two Grammy nominations. After the band’s disbandment in 2015, he launched a highly successful solo career. He is married to Lorna Brittany (née Macey) Wells, and they have four sons: Kanaan, Lawson Mayer, Navy Elliot, and Banner Paul. In 2024, Tauren and Lorna co-founded and became lead pastors of Church of Whitestone in Austin, Texas, and they also started the Prisma Worship Arts School to train musicians.
