The Bermuda Triangle is situated between Bermuda, Puerto Rico, and Florida. Ever since I heard of this place, it scares me to death. The mystery and stories about the place are not coherent.

Aircraft and ships disappear entirely when they are in this area. Some say it was aliens that makes the ships disappear while some claimed it was a mysterious force.

Out of mere curiosity, people had gone there to discover the mystery. But, the majority died to tell the story while few, survived to tell the secret. One thing is sure, it will always continue to remain an unsolved puzzle to the world.

2. Gomantong Caves in Borneo, Malaysia

This cave is 300 feet high that dwells two million bats and that is so deadly and flies around once you enter the cave. It is also filled with millions of disgusting cockroaches, scorpions, hairy spiders, hairy millipedes, and rats.

The most exciting part of this place is the swiftlets; small birds that live in the cave by hanging from the walls. The creatures make nests out of their hardened saliva.

The nests are edible and it is used to make bird’s nest soup by the Asians. People visit the cave to get edible nests. Like for real! It is unbelievable.

One of the most dangerous places in the world is the snake island. It is home to thousands of venomous snakes that melts human flesh when they bite. In history, only a few individuals lived to tell the story.

In the past, people lived on the island because they wanted to create a lighthouse. During the 1920s, people ceased to live there because the lighthouse became automated.

Due to its danger, the Brazilian government has ban people from going to the island, the only Brazilians that are allowed to visit the island are the Brazilian navy, they visit once a year to check the lighthouse and they choose a few scientists that are allowed to study those snakes.

The scientists are also allowed to bring their doctors along.

As the name aspires, it is not exactly what you think it is. This hell-like crater is an artificial place created by scientists. It is located in Karakum desert, Turkmenistan.

In 1971, a group of Soviet Union scientists were drilling for oil in the desert when they mistakenly discovered this place. They were drilling in that area and the place collapsed. This released poisonous gases into the air.

According to them, they decided to burn up the place to avoid the release of the gas but unfortunately, the place kept on burning since then. So, till today, the place has been burning non-stop.

Ossuary can also be called the bone church. The church is a small chapel located in a cemetery church of all saints. It was made by a man named Frantisek Rint.

In the early 1300s, Sedlec monastery started the act of decorating the church with human remains when he came back from Jerusalem with the holy sand.

They dispersed the sand to every part of the church and since then, people have always wished they were buried in the church.

The cemetery became overcrowded with human remains. So, they decided to dig those remains and use them to decorate the church in order to create space for new comings. Over 400,000 human remains were used for the decoration.
