Amoda Bola, a 49-year-old father, allegedly got his 14-year-old daughter pregnant in Ode, Remo North Local Government Area of Ogun State. According to DAILY POST, the police in Ogun have detained the father.

A complaint from the victim led to the suspect’s arrest. He was a resident of Idi Oro Street in Ode Remo. The DPO of Ode Remo division, CSP Olayemi Fasogbon, reportedly sent his detectives to the scene of the suspect’s arrest in response to the information.

The culprit initially rejected the accusations during questioning but subsequently confessed when the victim confronted him.

Five additional people who had slept with her at the father’s invitation at various periods were detained as a result of his confession, according to Oyeyemi.

He named the other suspects as Emmanuel Olusanya (age 50), Joshua Olaniran (age 50), Muyiwa Adeoye (age 48), Ahmed Ogunkoya (age 30), and David Sunday Solaja (age 69).

According to the police spokeswoman, every suspect had admitted to sleeping with the adolescent girl and paid the father.

“The victim’s mother and father had split up years earlier, and her father had essentially turned her into a prostitute.

The state hospital in Isara, where she was brought, confirmed that she is pregnant. As the sole person who slept with her at the time she became pregnant, the victim “has insisted that her father is responsible for the pregnancy,” it was learned.

As instructed by the Commissioner of Police for Ogun, Lanre Bankole, the case would be forwarded to the state CIID’s anti-human trafficking and child labor unit.
